Joseph Licare

Joe Licare is an experienced litigator, who practices in state and federal courts throughout New York.  He is skilled in handling all phases of litigation, from the initial investigation and pleadings to dispositive motion practice.

After growing up in Westchester County, Joe enjoyed “small-town” life in central Pennsylvania where he attended Bucknell University. Thereafter, he returned home to obtain his MBA in finance at Iona College and law degree at St. John’s University. While awaiting admission to practice law, Joe worked in the law department for the Honorable Alan D. Scheinkman, where he remained as a senior court attorney post-bar admission. After serving the public sector for four years, Joe transitioned to private practice as a litigator at Bryan Cave LLP and Hogan Lovells US LLP.

Joe lives in Harrison with his wife (a nurse at Greenwich Hospital) and their three children.

Craig Cepler

Craig Cepler is an experienced litigator who has handled all types of cases for clients.  He practices in state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey, as well as Connecticut federal courts. Craig has handled every aspect of litigation in those forums, from initial pleadings through discovery, dispositive motions and trials, arbitrations and mediations.

Craig clerked for the Hon. Warren W. Eginton of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut and the Hon. Vincent L. Briccetti of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. He graduated from Cornell University and New York University School of Law, where he served as teaching assistant for New York University President John Sexton and as research assistant for Professor Clayton Gillette.

Craig began his career in the private sector at Kaye Scholer LLP (now part of Arnold & Porter LLP) and was named a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in 2019.

Craig lives in White Plains with his wife, a high school teacher, and their three daughters.
